Its no secret, there is a teacher shortage in many districts across the state.
The founder of Texas based, I-Code School, Abid Abedi says, "Teaching curriculum must change if school districts want to recruit more teachers."
He says, "Beyond pay raises, districts also need to get rid of standardized testing and allow teachers to actually teach."
