HOUSTON RAIN ARRIVES: Closures, high water locations, flight delays

The rain that we have been talking about since Saturday has in fact arrived in Houston. And it is already having an impact, in terms of the commute to and from work, and school closures.

Wharton ISD has announced that it has cancelled all summer school classes for today.

As we get more closures we will pass them along to you.
