Texas Teen Who Beat Stage 4 Testicular Cancer Graduates This Weekend

According to FOX 4 in Dallas, a senior at Woodrow Wilson High School has plenty to celebrate this weekend. Joshua Suarez was diagnosed with stage four testicular cancer when he was 15 years old. After more than a year of treatment, he's cancer-free and graduating on time with the rest of his class.

Suarez was rushed to surgery and immediately pulled out of school after the diagnosis. For a time he went through roughly 11 rounds of chemo each week. Through it all the teen kept up with his school work and even taught himself AP bio. He graduates this Saturday and plans to double major in art and pre-med at Albion College next year. Joshua's goal is to become an oncologist so he can help other cancer patients.
