Drevon Perkins, 26, is charged with 'Super Aggravated Sexual Assault' after raping a three-year-old girl, infecting her with STDs.
Court documents indicate the toddler's mother noticed discharge in her diaper and took her to the hospital.
Upon examination, a SANE nurse, confirmed the girl had been infected with several sexually transmitted diseases including chlamydia and gonorrhea.
Perkins (below), was with the child while her mother was at work. He reportedly has the same STDs.
Perkins admitted to the assault when questioned by police. Police say it happened in January and he was doing drugs when the assault occurred.
