Bucc-ee's Sued in Alabama

Not everyone appreciates cheap gas and clean bathrooms.

Bucc-ee's first location outside Texas is the target of a lawsuit by an Alabama truck stop. The Oasis Travel Center in Robertsdale claims they suffered irreparable harm, after Bucc-ee's allegedly violated Alabama Motor Fuel Marketing Act , which protects against predatory gas prices.

According to Gas Buddy the Alabama Bucc-ee's is charging 1.87 for regular unleaded today, eight to 12-cents less than its competitors in the area.

The store opened January 21st and has over 120 fueling stations; it's believed to be the state's largest convenience store.

Bucc-ee's is planning to open another in Daytona Beach, Florida later this year.
