It took a matter of seconds for the Houston Astros to sell out of tickets to attend an ALCS game at Minute Maid against the Boston Red Sox.
In three minutes, 180 seconds, tickets to games 3, 4 and 5 were gone.
That’s even faster than the sell-out for tickets to the division series against the Indians, which took five minutes. The Astros swept the series in three games.
The first two games of the best-of-seven ALCS series will be played at Fenway Park in Boston before coming to Houston on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of next week. Game times have not been announced yet.
