Tropical Storm Isaac Forms in Atlantic, aims for the Gulf of Mexico

Harris County officials have released a report about the formation of Tropical Storm Isaac. 

It'll be a hurricane by Monday.

Located west of Tropical Storm Helene, Tropical Storm Isaac has formed in the eastern Atlantic and is the ninth named storm of the 2018 Atlantic hurricane season. According to the National Hurricane Center, Isaac will continue moving west over the weekend and could become a hurricane by Monday.
