Harvey Forces Rescheduling of UH Homecoming

Due to the widespread impact of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma affecting games across the nation, the American Athletic Conference has announced Thursday schedule changes including two games that will affect the Houston Football program.

Houston’s Homecoming game vs. ECU, originally scheduled for Oct. 28, will shift back one week to Nov. 4, while Houston’s originally scheduled Nov. 4 trip to USF will flip and take place on Oct. 28.

All tickets for the originally scheduled Oct. 28 ECU game will be honored on Nov. 4.

The schedule changes will allow for all American schools to play a full eight-game conference schedule after Memphis at UCF and USF at UConn, both originally scheduled to be played on Sept. 9, were postponed.
