Harris County Courthouse flooded

Hurricane Harvey damaged many buildings around Houston. One of those was the Harris County Courthouse, which is not going to be usable for about eight months.

“There will be no civil jury trials in September and felony trials will be moved over to the civil courts building,” Harris County Judge Ed Emmett said on Tuesday.
