An elderly Houston man died today after a home he was in, was consumed by fire before noon today. That's when firefighters arrived to find the man inside, in back of that home in northeast Houston . Officials say that's where he was found trapped.
He was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the fire. The victim's name is not being released.
