The first bus arrived yesterday in front of the building that houses the newsrooms of NBC, Fox & CSPAN.
Last week, Gov. Abbott vowed that illegals would be voluntarily sent to DC so that Biden could “immediately address the needs of the people that they are allowing to come across our border.”
Abbott also ordered the state to charter flights to transport migrants to the nation’s capital after they have been processed by the Department of Homeland Security.
He says “Biden refuses to come see the mess he’s made at the border. So Texas is bringing the border to him.”
Last week, the White House dismissed Abbott promise by calling it a “publicity stunt”.
Yesterday, Jen Psaki seemed to change her tune saying, “it’s nice the state of Texas is helping them get to their final destination as they await the outcome of their immigration proceedings.”
Abbott’s office says the second bus of illegals from Texas will arrive today.
