An absolutely disgusting attack by a career criminal in New York is a case study in why crime in surging in Democrat controlled areas.
Frank Abrokwa, 37, has been arrested in the revolting attack on a woman at a subway station in The Bronx where he smeared his feces all over the woman’s face & body last month.
Investigators say the attack was random.
In this case, Abrokwa has been charged with third-degree assault, aggravated harassment in the second degree, attempted assault in the third degree, and second-degree aggravated harassment.
In addition, he has been arrested more than 20 times since 1999, including on February 5th incident where he is accused of punching a man.
Despite his lengthy criminal record and the horrific nature of his latest attack, a judge freed Abrokwa on no bond.
That’s right, he walked free without having to pay a cent.
Even New York’s new Democrat Mayor Eric Adams is criticizing the judge’s decision to free Abrokwa.
Adams says this is a “failing criminal justice laws that allow someone with a history of violence who poses a clear threat to public safety to just walk out of court. We can’t allow this horrific situation to be the status quo and must make changes to our laws to both prevent these sort of attacks, through intervention and support, and, when they happen, to subsequently keep people who are clearly a danger to others off the street."
