This is how you turn a generation against the police, using them to demand papers from children.
The now viral video shows the officer telling the family dining at a NYC restaurant, “you don’t have the card? If you don’t have it then you’ll have to leave.”
The officers then threatened to arrest the child for trespassing with the officer saying “if you leave voluntarily there will not be charges pressed against you, otherwise you will be arrested for trespass. This is your only warning.”
