After several days of riots in Portland this week alone, Mayor Ted Wheeler declared a 24-hour state of emergency on Tuesday which allowed him to impose a curfew and close city streets.
Over the weekend, these violent liberals set fire to the Apple Store, damaged a church that serves the poor and busted the windows at a number of small businesses.
Mayor Wheeler’s declaration didn’t stop the violent libs who once against broke the windows of small businesses and vandalized the Mark O. Hatfield Federal Courthouse and Multnomah County Justice Center.V
Video shows police confronting rioters, one of them sucker punches the cop.Police said officers arrested at least two people during the riots and that they used pepper spray against one of them.
The Oregonian newspaper posted the video and reported that there had been a heated confrontation.
Portland Police responded to the Oregonian’s video point out that "an Officer is surrounded and punched in the face and ends up on the ground on his back with the suspect on top. This was a very dangerous situation. Subject was arrested."
They also showed what they found on someone who was arrested last night.
