Seriously, must not have a lot else going on in Chicago.
The report then airs footage of them confronting the ice cream man. Edwards then told viewers “ice cream trucks are banned” in Hoffman Estates, the neighborhood in which the ordeal took place and the “the village manager tells us, if you see that ice cream man – call 9-1-1.”
If you are the type of person that would call 911 on an ice cream man for not wearing gloves & a mask, do yourself a favor and go head-butt a couple of rocks.
