Apple is says it's trying to help users strike a better balance between gadgets and life. At yesterday's annual Worldwide Developers Conference, Apple addressed phone addiction as part of its new Screen Time app.
Some new features to help control phone use include ways to set limits for time spent on certain apps.
The new app is part of the next Apple mobile operating system, iOS 12, expected out later this year. Apple says iOS12 will launch your apps, camera and keyboard much faster, especially on older phones. The system will also introduce group FaceTime sessions that can include up to 32 people.
New Set Of Emojis Rolling Out Today
Redheads are finally getting their own set of emojis. They will be part of over 150 new emojis that are rolling out today through Unicode Version 11.0. The full list includes characters with curly, grey hair and bald heads, superheroes, villains, a peacock, a pirate flag and a bar of soap.
Apple, Android, Twitter, Facebook and Google will all have to download the Unicode update to make them available to their users.
