POLL QUESTION: Lina Hidalgo's 'Code Red'

Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo put the county back into COVID threat level 'Red' yesterday.

Under that system, she recommends locking yourself down at home; unless you've been vaccinated.

The move comes two weeks after she raised the threat level from 'Yellow' to 'Orange.'
