Police say the incident, caught on video just before 9 a.m. Mon., May 3, was a case of road rage. Clips show a passenger in a black Chevrolet Silverado waving a gun at the victim, who asked to remain anonymous.

The victim has two cameras mounted in his car, and the rear-facing view shows the truck behind him weaving in and out of traffic. As the truck gets close, it swerves into the victim's lane.

A passenger in the truck's back seat behind the driver stared at the victim and displayed a pistol. The victim let the truck's driver go ahead of him, then called 911.

Anyone with information on the incident is urged to call Crime Stoppers or the Houston Police Department Major Assaults division at 713-308-8800.
