Restaurant manager fired for "We Quit" sign

Rachael Flores, general manager of a Burger King in Lincoln, Nebraska, put in her two weeks’ notice last week along with eight other employees.

Then, Flores posted a photo on her Facebook account of the sign in front of the store reading, “WE ALL QUIT -- SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.”

She said the restaurant had been without air conditioning for weeks, and temperatures in the kitchen exceeded 90 degrees at one point. While Flores was hospitalized for dehydration, she said her boss reacted by calling her "a baby." When the boss found out about the sign, Flores was fired.
