A barefoot Houston porch pirate was caught on a doorbell camera losing her top as she grabbed a Nordstrom package.
Harris County Precinct 1 Constable Alan Rosen said charges will be determined by the value of the stolen goods and whether the suspect can be linked to additional thefts. The homeowner said the package contained a dress.
