Vaccine Update: A Shot In The Arm For Houston

Thanks to 'Operation Warp Speed' (since President Trump won't get credit anywhere else) the Covid-19 vaccine will be arriving in Texas today! With thousands of doses set to hit Houston later this afternoon. Ross Ramsey of the Texas Tribune told KTRH that while the first batch is set for frontline workers, after that? "the elbows are out a little bit." The hope is the vaccine will be available for everybody, sooner rather than later. "The expectation is that more vaccine will be available fairly quickly, and over time we'll catch up" Ramsey said. "It's just that during that time of catching up, you'll have this jostling in line over who needs the vaccine first, and who can wait." Thankfully, the wait is over.
