A two-stage Falcon 9 rocket blasted off from Kennedy Space Center Sunday morning, marking SpaceX's 21st cargo mission for NASA and its 24th launch of the year. It was also the company's 100th successful launch of a Falcon 9.
About nine minutes later, the first stage booster smoothly touched down on a SpaceX drone ship in the Atlantic.
Meanwhile, the company is planning another hop test of its massive Starship rocket this week at Boca Chica, near Brownsville.
