Some companies are toying with the idea of forcing employees to get the COVID vaccine in order to come back to the office.
OSHA allowed a vaccine mandate about ten years ago with H1N1, but labor consultant Garrison Wynn says nobody can force you to get a vaccine, regardless of a pandemic.
“Someone could say hey, I've got a dodgy immune system or I'm a Christian Scientist, and they're legally exempt,” he says. “It's kind of built into the Disabilities Act.”
