New York State is filing suit against the NRA. While the gun control crowd is standing up and applauding New York for the move, there is another side to the story (one the mainstream media probbably won't tell you about).
President Trump's lawyers, Rudy Giuliani, went on Fox News last night and told host Laura Ingraham the whole thing is "silly."
The former New York City Mayor torched NY Attorney General Letitia James, who filed the suit. The The NRA’s lawsuit in response to that was filed in the federal court of New York and alleges James “made the political prosecution of the NRA a central campaign theme” when she was running for the AG’s office in 2018, and has not treated the association fairly since.
