One of the heated debates we have seen during the course of the COVID-19 pandemic has been over the use of masks.
Here in Houston, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo tried an executive order that would have imposed a $1,000 fine for people that were not wearing face coverings in public. Governor Greg Abbott shot that order down, though, so it was never enforced.
But Hidalgo isn't the only extremist on the left that wants to make masks mandatory. Far from it. And there are some that want to take wearing masks in public next level.
Some, like MSNBC contributor Dr. Vin Gupta, want to make wearings masks in public MANDATORY.
