Survivors have referred to them as angels; the nurses who are the hands on, 24/7 health providers in a hospital or ICU stay.
The first we see on opening our eyes and the last we wave goodbye to. There aren’t enough nurses in America; a chronic shortage that we see stretched even thinner with pandemic sweeping through so many states.
