Last month we told you about Shelley Luther, the Dallas area salon owner, who refused to wait for permission to re-open her salon and got a citation for it. Now we have an update.
Luther is going to jail for seven days, and has been fined for her troubles.
But, it's the reaction that she had to all of this that is getting her attention.
She already showed defiance by ripping up a citation. Yesterday, she showed that same defiance to the judge she was in front of, refusing to apoligize for re-opening her doors. The judge had called Luther "selfish" for opening back up.
