As we've been telling you on Houston's Morning News, Montgomery County Judge Mark Keough says Governor Abbott's executive order to re-open certain businesses is unclear. Because of that, Keough told our TV partner Channel 2 that he can't stop any businesses from re-opening. Those businesses include hair salons, gyms, and bars. One gym owner is taking advantage.
Henry Walker, who owns Legacy Barbell in The Woodlands, says he's tired of looking at empty parking spaces. He's afraid of losing everything he's got. So he's opening on Thursday, with modified hors, and with social distancing.
