Texas Governor Greg Abbott took more steps to re-opening the Texas economy, with a new executive order that opens retail businesses, malls and movie theatres on Friday to 25% capactity.
Hours after the Governor made the announcement (which also stripped Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo of the ability to fine you for not wearing a mask in public), Abbott appeard with KTRH's Sean Hannity on Fox News last night.
