Well, either House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler is just that boring, or the Democrats really are just ramming impeachment to a vote.
It appears as if one Democrat, Cedric Richmond, was less interested in a procedural vote that was being taken, and more interested in watching something more, um, entertaining.
Look very closely at what cameras were able to capture. Richmond certainly isn't looking at evidence. No, he's engrossed in golf.
Yes, we said, golf.
