Employees of Southwest Airlines have a reputation of going above and beyond for passengers. What these employees did during a flight delay may not have made passengers happy, but they tried.
Passengers flying from New Orleans to Orlando last week had to deal with a delay. You know how it is during flight delays. You get antsy. You get upset. The employees at Southwest know this, and these gate agents did their best to brighten some spirits. And of course, someone pulled out their phone to tape it and post it online.
