The Lufkin Ice Cream Licker is still inspiring copycats.
Police in Odessa arrested a 15-year-old boy for spitting in a bottle of Arizona Tea and putting it back for someone else to drink.
This happened on Monday night, and police say security cameras caught the whole thing on tape. The affidavit in the case says the teen copped to doing it. The police officer who went to the scene says the teen repeatedly told him that he took a drink of the tea, then put it back, because it was "gross."
the teenager is charged with tampering with a consumer product, which is a second degree felony. He's being held in a local youth center.
