This North Carolina man is a consistent player of the lottery in his area. Every time he picks up a lottery ticket, he places it on the door container in the bottom. Several days after purchasing a lottery ticket he noticed some tickets had fallen out, so he opened his door and several tickets flew away. As he retrieved them he decided to check if he had won anything, and one of the flown away tickets he retrieved had a 400 thousand dollar win.
