Jack the Ripper is Finally Identified

Following an investigation that's lasted 121 years, authorities say they've finally determined the identity of Jack the Ripper.

Forensic tests performed on a victim's shawl reveal the notorious serial killer was Aaron Kosminski, a 23-year-old Polish barber. Although Kosminski was a prime suspect in the string of murders, police at the time weren't able to come up with enough evidence to charge him. He died in an asylum in 1919.

Jack the Ripper terrorized the streets of London between August and November in 1888, mutilating and killing five women.

Why do you think Jack the Ripper is so famous? Which of history's mysteries would you like an answer to?
