(Washington, DC) -- Republicans and Democrats in the House have another thing they don't agree upon: Nickelback. During a debate yesterday, Democratic Congressman Mark Pocan of Wisconsin said a provision in a law was so unpopular, it was probably similar to the percent of people who think Nickelback is their favorite band. Republican Representative Rodney Davis of Illinois immediately came to the band's defense. He asked why anyone would want to criticize what he called "one of the greatest bands of the 90s."
Davis admitted he's got a Nickelback song on his running playlist. Pocan said Davis was very brave.
