Billionaire diamond trader Ehud Arye Laniado, 65, in a clinic when an unnamed plastic surgeon on the Avenue des Champs-Elysees in the French capital Paris was performing penis enlargement surgery, reports say.
According to French media, the complications developed when a substance was injected into his penis during surgery.
Laniado reportedly suffered from a so-called Napoleon complex due to his short stature.
