VIDEO: Frazee To Be Tried On Murder, Charges In Berreth Disappearance

(Cripple Creek, CO) -- A Teller County judge has decided there is enough evidence to try Patrick Frazee on murder and other charges connected to the disappearance of Kelsey Berreth.

The judge made the decision yesterday after a probable cause hearing. Investigators say an Idaho nurse told them that Frazee confessed to beating and killing the Woodland Park mom with a baseball bat and then burning her body with gasoline and oil on his ranch.

Krystal Kenney also said Frazee collected and dumped the remains, and ordered her to help clean up the crime scene. An arraignment hearing for Frazee is set for April 8th.
