Consumer Alert Involving FaceTime

(Albany, NY)  --  Governor Cuomo has issued a consumer alert involving the popular Apple FaceTime app.

He says there's a bug in the software allowing people to hear audio or see video from someone they're trying to contact before that person accepts or rejects the call.   The governor says the glitch is a breach of privacy.

If you have the program on your phone, it's suggested you disable it until Apple fixes the problem.
