Flooding in the Livingston area has led to a water rescue, according to reports from our TV partner Channel 2.
Heavy rainfall from Tropical Depression Edouard has led to an overflow of Choates Creek, which in turn trapped 3 children and a woman inside a mobile home. The Polk County Sheriffs Office responded and rescued those trapped by the water.
The flooding affected the area near Highway 190 and Highway 59. Flood waters there have reached waist deep.
