Update
President Trump says he wants a “real end” to the Israel-Iran conflict, not just a ceasefire, and warned he’s open to walking away from negotiations entirely. Speaking aboard Air Force One, Trump said the next 48 hours will show whether Israel ramps up or slows down its attacks, and reiterated his belief that Iran must not get a nuclear weapon.
The president is meeting with his national security team this morning and says sending envoys like JD Vance to Iran is still on the table.
Tensions continue rising in the Middle East, as Israel and Iran traded missile strikes again on Monday. President Trump met with world leaders at the G7 Summit in Canada Monday afternoon, where he pushed Iran to come to the table and make a nuclear deal.

Iran though has remained reluctant to do so, and that left the President issuing a stern warning to the people of Iran on Monday night.
Trump encouraged everyone to evacuate the city of Tehran, Iran immediately. In the post on Truth Social, Trump added that Iran "should have signed the deal" that he told them to sign. Israel has also issued an evacuation alert for anyone northeast of Tehran.
The President then left the G7 Summit early and has returned to the White House to meet with his National Security Council. The Pentagon today announced two U.S. aircraft carriers have been repositioned to the area.
