According to the Precinct 4 Constables Office, a bomb threat has forced the Harris County Annex 3 building to evacuate.
The building, located on Will Clayton Parkway, was completely evacuated as of about 10:40 A.M, according to Constable Mark Herman.
There is now a heavy police presence in the area, and Hermans office is asking the public to avoid the area.
