Mija Rojas, the women accused of owning several clinics around the Houston area in which illegal abortions where performed, is in court today, facing five felony charges.
Waller County Judge Gary Chaney will be hearing arguments today on Attorney General Ken Paxton's temporary restraining orders, which he filed in order to shut down those clinics.
Rojas did take the stand, but has pleaded the fifth to virtually every question asked of her by the attorneys. According to reports, she has also posted bail, and will be released once she receives an ankle monitor.
