Two teenagers are under arrest after a wide manhunt on Sunday in connection with the death of a 61-year-old woman in Galveston County.
Neighbors told investigators they were worried about the woman, who was normally cordial around the house but hadn't been seen in a week.
Galveston County Sheriff's deputies were called on Thursday, so they visited the home in the 4700 block of 15th Street in the Baycliff area, but no one answered the door.
After an investigation, deputies say arrest warrants for capital murder were issued for the woman's 17-year-old granddaughter and her 18-year-old boyfriend.
Sunday afternoon that granddaughter and her boyfriend were found in Laredo with the help of the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force and will be brought back to Galveston County.
Investigators say they have evidence of foul play in the murder of 61-year-old Tammy King.
The two suspects were originally named as "persons of interest" after the grandmother was pronounced dead; both of the suspects live with the woman.
One of the two wanted individuals, the granddaughter, is reportedly a student at Dickinson High School.
Law enforcement agencies in Southeast Texas are now on the lookout for those two suspects.
