A family argument led to a deadly shooting in Northeast Harris County Saturday night about 9, according to sheriff's deputies.
They were called to a home on Glen Crossing Circle near Atascocita Road, where they found one man lying on a kitchen floor with multiple gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead a short time later.
A woman and three children were also at the home, Harris County Sheriff's deputies said.
The man believed to be the shooter ran from the home just after shots were fired and tried to hide the gun but was apprehended by officers at a nearby car wash and his gun retrieved with the help of a search dog.
The shooter, whose name has not been released, is to be charged with murder.
