It's been a busy few weeks for President Trump, who, in just the last few days, has secured major international wins with Canada, Mexico, and even Panama. We shouldn't be surprised by these big wins because they're consistent with his messaging throughout the campaign.

GOP Strategist Chris Johnson with the College Republicans says these foreign policy victories are in line with what we saw during Trump's first term. He said, "We've seen what he wants to do, how he talks about this stuff, and how he sees our ability to leverage our power on the global stage for American interests."

Johnson says other countries have also picked up on this and are moving to get in line with what they suspect will be the Trump agenda. He pointed out how, in just the last week, France has doubled their defense spending, following Trump's complaints that Europe isn't doing enough to contribute on the world stage.

Johnson said, "They know they'll be in the crosshairs of President Trump; they're preemptively saying, 'Hey, we're doing our part.'" He thinks we will see more countries trying to predict areas where Trump will come after them and try to get out ahead of him.

Despite these clear wins from the President, don't expect the mainstream media to change their tune. Johnson predicted that they, along with the left, will continue to try and spin every one of Trump's victories into a defeat.
