Disaster Declared in Montgomery County After Tornado Outbreak

Here's the latest on the cleanup following the tornado outbreak that hit the Houston area on Saturday:

• Montgomery County Judge Mark Keough has signed a disaster declaration. An EF_3 tornado hit the Porter Heights area.
• Galveston County Judge Mark Henry says power was expected to be fully restored to the areas that were affected in Bolivar by Monday afternoon.
• The Alvin ISD in Brazoria County says students at the Walt Disney Elementary School will be relocated after the tornadoes damaged the school building.
