Colony Ridge is once again making headlines after a Guatemalan national who owned four properties there was arrested for smuggling illegal aliens. This is just one of many ongoing problems plaguing the Houston area development.

AM950's Kenny Webster says the development has turned into a "third-world wasteland." He said, "There was recently a news story about it; this migrant community, Colony Ridge, is overrun with abandoned and abused dogs. Vicious dogs are attacking people in Liberty County."

He says this is one of the reasons that Colony Ridge became a major issue for voters during the November election and pushed Houston area voters towards Republicans. He said, "We need a President, we need a leader, we need a governor and law enforcement that are against this. And frankly, now we're getting it."

Webster thinks that with so many issues plaguing the development, and lawsuits from both the Texas Attorney General and even Joe Biden's Department of Justice, opposition to Colony Ridge and developments like it should be bipartisan. He said, "Even if you love the migrants, I would assume you should be against Colony Ridge if you know what it is."

In short, Webster says it's an unsafe and unhealthy place that isn't suitable for anyone, not even illegal aliens.
