Texas AG Ken Paxton Announces Major Lawsuit On 'Clay & Buck'

It's the day before Thanksgiving, and Texans should be thankful for the work that has been done by Attorney General Ken Paxton, who continues to fight against corruption from the left.

Earlier today, Paxton announced during the 'Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show' on News Radio 740 KTRH, that the state of Texas has filed a lawsuit against 3 of the top investment groups:

BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street Bank, for conspiring together to manipulate energy prices.

"They colluded to drive up the price of coal, cut production, and when they cut production they are making more off of less and they're harming consumers, people who can least afford it to have to pay higher energy prices. And making us more dependent on some of our enemies, and having to import more energy as opposed to producing it ourselves" Paxton said during the interview.

The AG also said he is looking forward to working with president-elect Donald Trump, and the mass deportation plan.

"We will have the ability, our governor and our state police will be able to be a part of pushing these people back across the border, back into Mexico and back into Canada, and back from where they came from" noted Paxton, "So, I am optimistic about that because I know Trump, he wants to get these people out of there and focus on legal immigration, as opposed to what we've had over the last four years."

A coalition of 10 other States joined Attorney General Paxton on the lawsuit. The Buzbee Law Firm and Cooper & Kirk are serving as outside counsel.
