The Harris County Sheriff’s Office says an man who tried to force his way into his ex-girlfriend or wife’s home in Jersey Village was shot and killed.
On X, Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said, "Deputies responded to a shooting at the 9500 blk of Willow Lodge Ct. Preliminary info: a male, allegedly armed with a gun, showed up at his former girlfriend’s/wife home and attempted to make entry. He was shot on-scene, transported to a hospital, and pronounced deceased. The alleged shooter remained on scene.
The alleged shooter, the woman's new husband, remained at the scene to co-operate.
