It was another busy weekend for former President Donald Trump but he still managed to take in some SEC football Saturday night.
Following a campaign event Saturday afternoon in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin in which Trump during his speech referred to his opponent and current Vice President Kamala Harris as “mentally impaired,” Trump headed down to Tuscaloosa, Alabama for arguably the best college football game of the season between Georgia and Alabama, two teams both ranked inside the top four at the time of the game.
Saturday night's crowd at Bryant-Denny Stadium was around 100,000 people. The stadium erupted when the former President was shown on the big screens.
Trump was joined in his suite by U.S. Senators Katie Britt and Tommy Tuberville as well as golfer John Daly, musicians Kid Rock and Hank Williams Jr. and former Georgia running back Herschel Walker.
Fox News contributor and co-host of the Clay Travis and Buck Sexton show Clay Travis interviewed Trump during halftime of the game from his suite in which Trump talked about the state of the country including the southern border, Vice President Kamala Harris and even the NFL and college football. When asked about the new data from ICE that shows over 400,000 criminals were let into the country under the Biden-Harris administration, Trump said that should be a "disqualifier" for Harris.
"They aren't vetted or checked," Trump told Travis. "It's so sad to see."
"She shouldn't even be allowed to run," Trump added. "It was her policy that allowed this to happen."
